Tracking your order
You will receive your tracking number by email once your order is shipped out. Simply log in to your preferred courier website and track shipment, viewing the current status of your order.
You will also receive an email immediately after we ship out your order detailing the tracking info (if optional). If you need any assistance, feel free to contact us.
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard delivery on every order and an Express delivery option which is charged at €7.
All deliveries come with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your order until it is delivered to your address.
We will resend any lost parcel
Please do well to contact us if you don’t receive your parcel within 5 working days (EU) and 7 working days for the rest of the world, and we will see to this.
Please include your order ID and your tracking number in your message to us.
